Before you choose

Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful answers about this cat tunnel bed. Have another question? Ask our team.

Is This a Cat Bed or a Play Tunnel?

It serves as both: a circular tunnel for hiding and play, and a central nest for lounging. Individual preferences vary.

Can the Tunnel Be Taken Apart?

Yes. The zipper allows the sections to be separated. Reassemble them securely before your cat uses the product.

Is It Machine Washable?

Machine washing is not confirmed. Follow the supplied care instructions and contact us if they are unclear.

Which Size Should I Choose?

Compare the dimensions with your cat’s measurements and resting habits. External diameter is not the same as internal tunnel clearance. Ask our team if a measurement is unclear.

Can Cats Scratch the Felt Surface?

Cats may paw or scratch the felt. This product is not guaranteed scratch-proof. Inspect for damage and stop use if it becomes unsafe.

Is It Suitable for Multiple Cats?

Suitability depends on the available space, each cat’s size and how they interact. Do not assume a combined weight capacity from the external diameter. Supervise introductions and avoid overcrowding.
