- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes information to provide and improve the ecommerce platform;

8. Shopify and Shopify Network Intelligence
Shopify hosts the Services and processes information about your access to, browsing activity, use of the Services, and transactions in order to provide, secure, personalize, and improve its ecommerce platform and related services.
When Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may securely use customer data from interactions with SAYVO, other Shopify merchants, and Shopify to generate insights and provide Enhanced Services. These services may include improved personalization, store performance, fraud prevention, analytics, product features, and advertising capabilities.
Shopify may combine information from your interactions with our store with information from your interactions with Shopify and other Shopify merchants. Other merchants cannot directly view SAYVO customer data through Shopify Network Intelligence.
Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and other service providers located outside your country, as further described in the International Data Transfers section of this Privacy Policy.
Where required, Shopify respects eligible cookie-consent and data-sharing opt-out choices submitted through our cookie banner, the “Your Privacy Choices” page, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, or Shopify’s privacy tools.
