Damaged or Lost Packages
We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and contact us immediately at support@sayvopets.com within 48 hours of delivery. For packages suspected to be lost in transit, please reach out to our support team so we can investigate with the carrier and assist you with a replacement or solution.
